Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call

Book a free Discovery Call where we will discuss your business needs and decide if an Asana VIP Day is a good fit for you. If it is, I will send over a contract and invoice- once that is complete, we will get your VIP day on the calendar!

Step 2: Pre-VIP Day Questionnaire

One week before your scheduled day, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire to share all the moving parts of your business—your workflows, pain points, and priorities. This ensures I’m fully prepared to create a workspace tailored to you.

Step 3: Your VIP Day

On the big day, I’ll dive into building your customized Asana workspace. We’ll have a live call to review progress and make adjustments together. By the end of the day, you’ll have a fully functional system ready to use.

Do you have any questions?

  • No worries at all! Asana is designed to be simple, and I’ll walk you through everything step-by-step. The best part is, I’ll create a customized system that works for your specific business needs, so you won’t have to figure out anything on your own. I’m here to support you with video tutorials and two weeks of follow-up to make sure everything feels easy and natural.

  • This depends on your business needs, but builds start at $395. If you choose to pay 50/50 it will be slightly more.

  • I am a firm believer that the best project management tool is one that you actually use- that’s why we will set up your workspace to work for YOU and the way you think. Everyone is unique and therefore, no two builds are the same

  • Just like most software these days there is a free and paid version, but your build will be on a free version. This is more than suitable for small businesses with teams under 10 people.

    So, no you will not have to pay for your workspace unless you choose to upgrade in the future.
